Hello, I am Charles, and I am the billing specialist for Imara Counseling. As a medical biller, my mission is to simplify the billing process for both Imara therapists and our clients. With a strong understanding of insurance claims, coding, and reimbursement procedures, I work to ensure that Imara clients are billed accurately and fairly, minimizing confusion and ambiguity.

I am dedicated to resolving client billing issues promptly and accurately, so clients and therapists can focus on effective therapy without worrying about billing/financial details. My goal is to provide a smooth, transparent experience that allows clients to feel seen, heard, and understood.
