About Christal

A LGPC, dedicated 20-year veteran educator and lifelong learner, Christal brings a passion for growth, equity, and community engagement into every space she enters. As a Caribbean-American transplant from South Florida, her diverse cultural background informs her belief that safe spaces are cultivated intentionally—through empathy, respect, and authentic connection.

Currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology, Christal is deeply committed to expanding her knowledge and using it to support the emotional and educational development of others. Christal’s therapeutic experiences have centered on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques. She is especially excited about working within the community to empower individuals, foster resilience, and create environments where all people feel seen, heard, and valued.
