I began my career as a customer service and sales representative and steadily advanced to leadership roles, including sales trainer and business development manager. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of mentoring teams and driving performance through strategic development and empowered communication.

My professional background spans offshore support for companies in finance, telecommunications, and other sectors, delivering world-class service and fostering lasting partnerships. This diverse exposure has sharpened my skills in account management, customer engagement, and operational excellence—equipping me with insights and best practices that drive measurable success.

Outside of the professional world, I enjoy dancing, listening to music, and staying connected to my roots as a former military member—where firing practice remains close to my heart. Whether in business or beyond, I bring discipline, energy, and passion to everything I do.”
