Hello! First of all I want to commend you for deciding to take yet another step toward becoming the person you desire to be! Secondly, thank you for considering me as one who will walk alongside you during this difficult season. I have had the pleasure of assisting individuals in therapy for 7 years. I specialize in issues surrounding anxiety, depression, and grief. I have experience working with couples as well. I am very comfortable with both online and in person therapy. I have been known to challenge my clients in session but I do so with care and consideration.
