Hello my name is Rian Rosario, I am a Licensed Master Social Worker with an ardent passion in mental health, spiritual and sexual wellness. My professional experience includes working with families in crisis, substance addiction, individuals experiencing relationship and familial conflict, and navigating major life transitions. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults and couples. I individualize treatment approaches as each person’s life circumstances are unique.

 

My approach to therapy is non-judgmental, strength-based, interactive and holistic. I believe that both nature and nurture influence our present being, therefore understanding the various systems that impact your daily life is fundamental to our sessions. Through a blend of Psychoeducation, Psychodynamic, Existential and Mindfully based therapy techniques, I can help you build tools to regulate your emotions, identify and understand your boundaries, build communication skills, and experience a more authentic connection with yourself and others. I also enjoy integrating grounding and spiritual practices if interested.
